To use our service, you may create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Scan websites without proper authorization
• Use the service to harm, abuse, or violate the rights of others

We offer both credit pack and subscription pricing models:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. For subscriptions:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability

Our scans are automated tools and should not replace manual accessibility audits or legal advice.

In no event shall A11y Scan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
